The mistake most often committed by candidates is a lack of preparation for their scheduled interviews.  We like to really get to know our candidates as they may be hired to play pivotal roles for our clients organizations.  Typically we like to simply start with asking what they know about our company, our clients, our competitors and what they envision this job opportunity to be like in 5 months. We then move on to what recent news they have been following in their field and abroad. This allows us to see which candidates go above their regular work responsibilities to stay engaged in their field and have a solid grasp of what we can offer and be fore coming on what they would be able to bring to the table for our clients. Candidates who are prepared and regularly engaged in their field always do better then those who aren’t.
