Its seems logical to think that a college student coming up on graduation would be out looking for potential job. You being the got getter hiring manager that you are believe that you should focus a decent amount of attention to recruiting soon to be college grads.  If you’ve had a disappointing and somewhat frustrating time with this, then you are not alone.

We have found that soon to be grads don’t apply for jobs as heavily in the spring. This may be because of rigorous class schedules to finish ones academic career or  a lack of urgency to   transition from school to work. We found that applications become for ample during and after June when graduations are over and the reality of work become more pressing. This is also when many student loan payback agreements become pressing to potential candidates. We also saw a sharp decline in applicants during the Thanksgiving through Christmas holiday months.
